Cypress Hill Resort is a family oriented resort. We offer a variety of ammenities for your convenience and enjoyment.
We have beautiful cabins and bungalows which are crafted from all natural woods found in south Mississippi (including cherry, cypress, pine, red oak, and pecan). The cabins have been hand crafted by the owner of the resort, a long time Mississippi resident. The cabins offer ceramic floors, full kitchen, bath, and washer and dryer. They overlook the scenic fishing pond and are located directly beside the swimming pool, this makes for a relaxing, refreshing stay here at Cypress Hill Resort.
Each Bungalow is furnished with an outside grill, bunk beds, refrigerator, microwave and kitchenette. With private parking and located conveniently near the general store and pool. 
Located at our resort is our newly installed, refreshing 20x40 saltwater pool with lounge chairs, patio tables with chairs and umbrellas, deck, and safety fence, perfect for cooling off in the summer heat.
The pool is available for resident birthday parties, private parties and family get togethers. We ask that arrangements are made in advance with our office to ensure continued enjoyment and pleasure at our resort.
There is a full service laundry room open 24 hours a day for resort residents. We also have seperate men's and women's bathhouses for our residents.
The fishing pond stays fully stocked with Mississippi catfish and brim year round.
On the premises is a general store, offering items such as ice, coolers, cold beverages, charcoal and lighter fluid, and other camping/household items that campers may need during their stay. We also have a propane station on site for your convenience. Our store also offers camper/rv hardware, and firewood with fire rings.
Our resort is located near the beautiful Desoto National Forrest, which offers a serene experience of south Mississippi. Located just one mile from the resort is a full service canoe rental, running on beautiful Black Creek, providing day and overnight canoe trips, as well as hiking trips through the Desoto. We are conveniently located just 40 miles from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, where there are a variety of Casinos and shopping centers along Hwy 90. Lots of new ammenities have been added to our coastal area since the rebuilding from Hurricane Katrina. We are just south of Hattiesburg, MS, which houses the University of Southern Mississippi, and offers a variety of dining and shopping centers. Also located within a short distance of our resort are Pearl River Community College, Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, and William Carey University. We are centrally located between Paul B. Johnson State Park, Flint Creek Water Park, and Little Black Creek Water Park.
